Para come\u00e7ar, o couvert criado em parceria pelos dois chefs desta edi\u00e7\u00e3o traz P\u00e3es artesanais, manteiga de p\u00f3len, caldinho de mexilh\u00e3o de Florian\u00f3polis,\u00a0aguachile\u00a0de buti\u00e1 com peixe curado e finalizado com\u00a0furikake\u00a0serra e mar.
