Com uma experie\u0302ncia pre\u0301via de chapeiro, foi imediatamente alc\u0327ado a\u0300 condic\u0327a\u0303o de auxiliar de cozinha. E bastou um dia no frenesim daquela cozinha para arrebata\u0301-lo. Trancou o curso no dia seguinte para nunca mais voltar.<\/p>\n<p>Tre\u0302s anos depois, a experie\u0302ncia o credenciou a voos mais audaciosos. Desembarcou em Curitiba, um dos berc\u0327os nacionais da culina\u0301ria italiana. Da capital paranaense, Ernesto partiu para Sa\u0303o Paulo, onde trabalhou num dos restaurantes italianos mais premiados da cidade, o Due Doc.<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 23\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>Foi ali que aprendeu a administrar uma cozinha, o que o animou a abrir seu pro\u0301prio restaurante no bairro Jardins. Irrequieto, voltou ao Manjar das Garc\u0327as como chef executivo. O destino seguinte seria Rio de Janeiro, onde trabalhou na rede italiana Alessandro e Frederico.<\/p>\n<p>Ali o talento o levaria para a telinha. No programa Mais Voce\u0302, de Ana Maria Braga, foi vice-campea\u0303o do Fecha a Conta 2019. Com a pandemia, nova mudanc\u0327a.
